Remove JSON:API Schema dependency

Problem/Motivation

✨ Replace JSON:API Schema dependency with Open API JSON:ARG module Active replaced JSON:API Schema with Open API JSON:API but left both as dependencies (to support an upgrade path). This issue is to remove the dependency on JSON:API Schema from composer.json.
