I've seen, that I must install any question type module first. This info would be very helpful on the "add quiz question type" page. Otherwise this page is quite confusing.
I like to create a quiz question type. In the question type form I do see the save button only. See attached screenshot.
Just install the quiz module in version 7.0.2 in a Drupal 11 project. Then try to create a quiz question type. You'll see the save button only.
This is a major issue, since creating a question type is crucial for being able to create quizzes.
Make the full quiz question type form visible, so a quiz question type can be created.
