I created
a new release →
for one of the modules I help maintain.
But it doesn't seem to publish.
Each time I save, I do get the message Packaging for this release is about to start. but hours later
the release →
is still unpublished and only visible to me when I'm logged in.
I reviewed the 2.0.3 tag itself and the composer.json but couldn't immediately see anything that would cause an underlying problem.

This is now published. Likely there was some race condition which two versions of the node were saved at the same time.
