Expose route titles

Problem/Motivation

The Webform module has options to let the site builder determine how to display the form title:

We can add support for this.

Proposed resolution

1. Allow to optionally pass a source entity when requesting data about a webform.
2. Expose the following additional data:
   • The rendered route title.
   • The original label of the source entity alongside the entity type and ID.
