Fastlane by PayPal Needs to properly handle authorize only

Problem/Motivation

The new Fastlane by PayPal implementation does not properly handle the returned payload for authorize only transactions.

The payload is a very similar structure, but one array key is different.

We need to access the proper array path, depending on if the gateway is configured for Auth Only, in addition to Auth+Capture.
