Autocomplete is not working when we enter only 3 characters

We are using drupal 7.x version, we have applied the patch for Supporting Solr 9 in the 7.x version of Search API Solr ✨ Supporting Solr 9 in 7.x version or Search API Solr Active , after doing configuration, the issue began appearing on your non-production environments. AJAX requests are sent when entering three characters, but an empty array is returned. Its working fine if we enter more than 6 characters but not working with 3 characters.
