Unexpected keyboard shortcut event

Problem/Motivation

Everytime I do CTRL + R to refresh the page, it trigger a "R" keyboard shortcut event and my log history get a "redo" because a HTTP request to /api/display-builder/{builder}/redo is run

My workstation:

Fedora Linux 42 (Workstation Edition)
Gnome 48.3 on Wayland
Firefox 142.0.1 (64 bits)

Proposed resolution

Don't trigger keyboard shortcut event when CTRL combined with other keys.
