Right now, we're not putting our best foot forward on Drupal.org. The homepage is all about the traditional CMS, and our biggest differentiator, Drupal AI, is buried on a separate page. We're losing market share, and our current marketing isn't working. Our unique Drupal AI initiative isn't getting the attention it deserves.
Let's shift our strategy to put Drupal AI front and center. The plan is to redesign the homepage to immediately introduce and show off Drupal AI. Think of it less as a product and more as a solution to a huge client problem: speed and efficiency.

This approach is inspired by the Apple iPod's successful marketing, which sold a solution—"1,000 songs in your pocket"—rather than just a product. We're not selling a CMS, we're selling the solution that Drupal AI provides.
