Feedback does not display

Problem/Motivation

When a test is completed, the user is taken to a blank page.

So far as I can see, everything that needs to be set up has been set up to provide feedback after the quiz.

The screenshots below relate to a test quiz. The live quiz has the same problems.

D11.2.3 , PHP8.3.25 Quiz Installed 7.0.2 and reinstalled.

NB: I have seen that there was once upon a time a similar question relating to Quiz on Drupal 7. I have looked at that but suspect it's not related to this version.
