Section custom services: You can specify sources that appear to only capture a src attribute but no href, such as when linking CSS files. An additional
combination would likely be required here. This should then apply to both internal paths and external URLs, since a file can have an @import rule or other sources for the font, background image, etc., with an external link or external element in the URL.
