Update from 3.0.0-beta1 to 3.0.1 breaks ckeditor5

Problem/Motivation

Update from 3.0.0-beta1 to 3.0.1 breaks ckeditor5 in drupal 9.5.11

Steps to reproduce

Having drupal 9.5.11
and text editor Full html format is set to use ckeditor5
updated inline_responsive_images from 3.0.0-beta1 to 3.0.1

Issue

Noticed that during this update

Model is being replaced with ViewModel
but never loaded in code.

Am I missing something or this update will only work with D10 ?
