Provide a user interface to alter the AUTO_INCREMENT value for multiple tables based on the auto_increment_alter_tables setting

I tested the MR, It works as expected. I noticed two things that could be improved: it looks weird that the button appears between the text and the table. The button label “Alter tables” and the tab name “Alter table” are very similar, which could cause confusion between the functionality of the two. Changing to needs work.
