Not sure if this already came up, but we got feedback from a client that the special "add above" feature is not disabled but trying to use it results in an ajax error.
Instead of fixing that I was wondering if it would be useful to have setting to hide instead of disable all form elements and display the nothing but the locked message? I think the disabling can be quite confusing with a very long form, especially if you don't notice the message on top.
