l10n_groups is missing gnode dependency

Problem/Motivation

l10n_groups ships the views.view.l10n_groups_ron config, which depends on gnode, but the module itself does not declare that dependency.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to install l10n_groups without having gnode installed. The config installer will greet you with an exception.

Proposed resolution

Add the missing dependency.
