The "feed_icons" are missing from the "views-view--fullcalendar.html.twig" template, so when you try to attach a view to the full calendar it will not show.
Create a view with "FullCalendar" Format
Create another view that is a "feed", like a data export to CSV, and attach to the FullCalendar display
Note you do NOT get the "Feed Icons" below the footer as expected
Add the "feed_icons" into the template, as it would appear that value is already getting passed in.
