Remove storybook from the theme

Problem/Motivation

Storybook was great at first when developing the initial SDC for the theme, but now we have figma as the main source of truth for changes and storybook can get out of sync easily. Also, some components are in figma, but not in storybook.

So we can technically remove the storybook integration from here and from the main project.

Proposed resolution

Remove storybook integration.
