Since https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_schedule → has code, it can not be deleted. I recommend updating the project page to mention that it is unsupported & obsolete.

After a new requirements review with our client, we have decided to implement the functionality in a different way. Therefore, the module we just created will no longer be needed as a contrib project.
We kindly request the complete removal of the project from drupal.org.
