Specify retry delay time unit on AdvancedQueueJobType

Problem/Motivation

On the AdvancedQueueJobType.php attribute, the time unit is not specified in the comments. The description for this delay is much clearer on src/Plugin/AdvancedQueue/Backend/BackendInterface.php, but harder to find.
