Add footer to the PhpWkhtmlToPdf

Problem/Motivation

When using the PhpWkhtmlToPdf library with Entity Print, you have the option to add a custom footer to your generated PDFs. This allows you to include additional information such as page numbers, disclaimers, or branding. The footer can be set through the PhpWkhtmlToPdf configuration by enabling a checkbox field and providing text in a text field to include in the footer.

Proposed resolution

The solution includes a checkbox to enable or disable the footer on the PDF file, as well as a textarea field where you can enter your own custom text to be displayed in the footer.
