Unable to change scheduled moderation state on the node edit page

Problem/Motivation

When I investigated this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/scheduled_publish/issues/3519192 🐛 User is not able to Edit scheduled publish record when a node is already published. Active , I found another bug with editing of scheduled publishing. I created a new issue since this problem differs from the previous one, and its root cause and fix will also be different.

It's not possible to edit "Scheduled moderation state change" on the node edit page. When trying to edit, I receive an error message, "All fields need to be filled."

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an existing node or create a new.
2. Set "Scheduled moderation state change"
3. Save it (and re-save node).
4. Try to edit "Scheduled moderation state change", for example, change the date, and click "Save"
5. An error message with text: "All fields need to be filled" will appear.

Proposed resolution

Need to adjust the fetching values from form state during widget edit in ScheduledPublishWidget.php

I removed '['wrapper']' from $values = $form_state->getValue($value_array)['wrapper']; for edit scheduled process (keep it for add process), because during edit, stored value doesn't have key 'wrapper' in the form state.

I tested new changes for cases when the node has a field type "Scheduled publish" with cardinality 1 and unlimited

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review and test my fix.
