'Allowed answer(s)' field should not permit more characters than the database allows

The database field 'solution' only accepts 128 characters. Nonetheless, the "Allowed answer(s)" field permits entering more than 128 characters and gives no indication of the length limit. Entering more than 128 characters in the "Allowed answer(s)" field results in a fatal error on forms using the captcha.
