No-time to upgrade to v4, v3 is unsupported

Problem

v3 was marked unsupported on the day the stable v4 was released. This requires people to apply the update within 1 day to keep Drupal on supported modules and status report happy.

Proposed resolution

Please have some transition period of a couple of weeks to give people time to update, before marking an old release unsupported.
