[Meta] Views and Reporting Agents Track

Track Summary

• Description: AI Agents that can create and edit views. This will be assistants to help users create views but also allow AI Agents to automatically create views as part of a workflow.

• Workstream: 4: Misc: Whilst it doesn't immediately benefit a specific workstream the overall value to Drupal is huge. Landing pages however will very likely make use of views and so the future of Workstream 1 will likely invovle agents creating, using or modifying Views.

• Business Value: For many, using views is where Drupal suddenly makes a lot of sense. Views are difficult to create but much easier to edit. Having AI get started with a view will signficiantly improve the usability of Drupal.
