Do not wrap Markdown files at 80chars

Problem/Motivation

Soft/hard wrapping at 80 characters creates a maintenance burden each time the documentation needs modification.

Text editors can already wrap text on display

GitLabCI has not enforced the 80char rule on markdown files and D.O. has no coding standard requiring it.
