The product variation display does not respect the "Provide a list price" option on the active Pricelist

When I create a Pricelist Price, I expect the "Provide a list price" option on the Pricelist Price to override the same option on the original Product Variation.

For example:

1. Create a Product and a Product Variation.
2. Give the Product Variation a Price. Do not toggle on the "Provide a list price" option.
3. Create a Pricelist which applies to everyone and is enabled.
4. Add a Price to the Pricelist for the Variation created previously. On the Price, make sure to toggle on the "Provide a list price" option, and provide both a Price and a List price. Make sure that the Price is active.
5. View the Product.

Expected outcome:

I see the list price and the price that I configured in my Pricelist.

Actual outcome:

I see the price I configured on my Pricelist, but the list price is not displayed.
