Reminder Email Notifications Issue

I installed Bookable Calendar today using SSH, I turned on everything under ECA and the Bookable Calendar module. When I go to Config > Workflow > ECA I see the Book Notification action and Enabled it but I don't see an Edit button.
There is Disable, Export, Export as Recipe and Delete but no Edit.

I was following the YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiCRBlz1N_Q)

It sends out the email when the I first Book the event but not getting the reminder email when I run CRON. I wanted to check the Edit screen to see if something was missing but can't seem to Edit it. (screenshot attached)

Trying to figure out what I am missing. Everything else has worked smoothly and just as laid out in the videos.
