Use checkboxes for organizations instead of autocomplete widget

Problem/Motivation

Currently, both organizations and customers use the autocomplete widget. Organizations is limited to the ones in the user profile, so maybe we can use checkboxes instead to make it easier and avoid typing.

Merged the code. The widget can now be autocomplete or checkboxes. The final change is site configuration.
