Expose the customer email in the order edit form by default

The order customer email field is currently not exposed by default. In case the customer made a typo, without reconfiguring the order type, the merchant cannot currently change the email.

We should fix that, but probably disable the field for draft orders as the order email is kept in sync with the email set on the user account, in case the order references a user entity.

Even for anonymous users, the email can be set from the checkout pane, which would override whatever value is entered from the order edit form.
