Allow editing of component IDs

Problem/Motivation

Component IDs are fully auto-determined in version 3, but we should allow users to edit them. This is e.g. important for the MCP integration, where the LLM (and sometimes also the user) just see the ID and not the label.

When making the ID available for editing, we should probably also make editing of the label more accessible.
