Problem/Motivation

Seeing this error popup:

Warning: file_get_contents(core/modules/htmx_debug/js/htmx.js): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Drupal\Core\Asset\JsOptimizer->optimize() (line 39 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/JsOptimizer.php).

Also, I believe the html_debug sub-module should have the same core version requirement of: ^11.2.

Navigate to any admin route.
