Allow specifying an email to send the order receipt to

Currently, the order receipt resend form doesn't allow specifying an alternate email.
This can be quite useful in case of typos for example.

The shipment confirmation resend form exposes a "send_to" textfield, let's do the same in core to allow overridding the email.
