"Select fields to send to LLM" does not work until form is first submitted

Problem/Motivation

"Select fields to send to LLM" does not work until form is first submitted, at which point it will show fields, but then it isn't clear if it actually works a second time. Does this link need to be Javascript enabled or can it just be a multiselect?

This was observed under Gin 5.x.
