Clone content with modify field

Good morning, I need some advice on whether my needs can be implemented with the ECA ecosystem. I need to clone a series of nodes (20-30 at a time) by changing the value of a date field. For example, I need to clone the February menus of a restaurant and make them available for the month of June, thus only changing the date. I can't find a workflow that can solve this problem. Any suggestions?
