Add support for data-modeler-api-model-id attribute

Problem/Motivation

Some model owners (e.g. AI Agents) need to define the model ID in some other field which is not coming from the meta data. For those, there is now the data-modeler-api-model-id attribute for config fields on plugins, and if that is set to 1, its value is meant to be the model ID.
