Allow configuration of media for styling

Problem/Motivation

DocRaptor can expose the Media option that gets passed to Prince, which allows the PDF generator to use screen styling rather than using the print stylesheet.

Steps to reproduce

Sending a document for PDF generator currently uses print styles.

Proposed resolution

Add an option to allow the configuration to specify screen styles.
