Add 'pre format' event

Problem/Motivation

In recent projects, we found ourself in the need to manipulate the items of certains field before render:

Remove certain items under certain conditions
Remove/hide certain subfield values in specific cases

I ended up adding an event in BaseFormatter::getFormattedValues() before the subfield type formatting is performed, which seems useful to have available by default.
