Translation fields empty in Job Item

Problem/Motivation

I may have an issue in understanding the workflow or functionality within TMGMT, or it might be an issue with TMGMT.

Steps to reproduce

When I create a Job Item from a piece of content that already has a translation. For example, Content Source is English and I update he source node, therefore the Target Language translation needs to be updated, in this case German. The job is for a user to perform translation.

The job Items view will show the user the Source content, for example the body, but the Translation body is empty. Therefore the user does not see the old, translated content. (As in the example below)

Is this the expected behaviour, if so, what is the best way for a user to review content that needs to be translated or have translations updated?
