Document 10.4/11.1 support roadmap.

Problem/Motivation

According to the project page documentation:

• 2.3.x Support for CKEditor 45 (Drupal 10.5+ / Drupal 11.2+)
• 2.2.x Support for CKEditor 44 (Drupal 10.3 / 10.4 / 11.0 / 11.1)

Drupal 10.4 and 11.1 will receive security coverage until December 2025 ( source → ).

It is currently undocumented how long 2.2.x will remain supported.

This affects motivation for existing bugs in 2.2.x.

Proposed resolution

Please document a support roadmap for 2.2.x, including when it may be marked deprecated and subsequently removed from the published releases list.
