CI: Deploy to BitBucket so it can build with Vercel

Problem/Motivation

Mercury's Storybook instance is built on Vercel, which is connected to Mediacurrent's BitBucket repository and isn't as easy to set up on the self-hosted GitLab instance that drupal.org uses.

Proposed resolution

Add a CI job that pushes 1.x to BitBucket.
