Destination URL takes over

Problem/Motivation

When using a Views filter on the content overview screen, it adds a destination parameter to the URL of the "Structure & Metadata"-button. This parameter takes precedence over the actual destination when clicking on "Save and manage content" on the node edit form.

Steps to reproduce

- Active a filter on /admin/content
- Click on "Structure & Metadata"
- Verify that a destination parameter is set
- Click in "Save and manage content"

Proposed resolution

Configure the form state to ignore the destination.
