Adding new duplicate HREFLANG tag instead of replacing existing.

Problem/Motivation

I have installed this module on a vanilla Drupal 10 site. The Metatag: Hreflang module is already installed and is correctly outputting hreflang tags in the DOM. However, after configuring this module for the English language, it is adding a duplicate hreflang tag instead of modifying the existing one, as the module claims to do.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install vanilla D10 instance
2. Install Metatag and Metatag:HREFLANG modules. It will add HREFLANG tags in DOM.
3. Now install this module. Configure it for languages.
4. This module is adding duplicate HREFLANG tag.

Proposed resolution

Instead of adding duplicate HREFLANG tag, it should alter the existing tag.
