Upgrade to 6.3-beta3 fails (both auto and manual)

Problem/Motivation

I am getting the following messages on update. (I have also tried to install manually)
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: Symfony\\Component\\DependencyInjection\\Exception\\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "Drupal\\webform_node\\Hook\\WebformNodeHooks".

When i unintall webform node and try again, i got this error :

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: Symfony\\Component\\DependencyInjection\\Exception\\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "Drupal\\webform_share\\Hook\\WebformShareHooks". Did you mean this: "Drupal\\webform_templates\\Hook\\WebformTemplatesHooks"

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade to 6.3.0.-beta3
