How to update email address when in Drupal when it's changed on IDP

I have Drupal set up as a service provider for an OIDC IDP.

When a user logs in via OIDC SSO, I'd like their Drupal email address to be updated if it doesn't match the email address in the IDP.

How do I set this up?
