No, the Cloudflare Purge module does not automatically purge content when nodes are updated or files are deleted.

Does this module purge anything automatically? If, for example, a node is updated and edit/published, does the node's URL get purged/invalidated from Cloudflare? If a file is deleted, does the URL get purged?
The documentation seems to suggest it only provides a way to give Drupal users a way to manually purge a URL or all.
