Config Ignore not working

This is maybe due to a misunderstanding. When ignoring config on import the module uses the configuration set in the sync storage.

I understand that this can be surprising so maybe it is worth addressing.

I set it to "maintainer needs more info" to see if I understood correctly.

I recently updated my Drupal version from 9 to 10.5.2 and along with that config_ignore module has been updated and it seems like config ignore has stopped working.

Earlier it use to show me like this on my config sync page

Now I cannot see this setting the same way and there are few patters which is added in config ignore simple settings which is getting imported even when they are added in config import.
