Two resources are not TLS 1.2 or 1.3 compliant

Problem/Motivation

Pantheon will soon be requiring TLS 1.2 or 1.3 for external connections. https://docs.pantheon.io/release-notes/2025/07/tls-10-11-eol

This module retrieves RDF namespaces from two domains that do not support these connections, rdfs.org and xmlns.com.

Steps to reproduce

Install and enable RDF module, either 2.1.1, or 3.0@beta.

Install and enable and run the TLS checker module https://github.com/pantheon-systems/drupal_tls_checker.

It should show the two domains mentioned above.

Proposed resolution

Ideally, these two sites would update on their end. That or alternative resources should be found.
