Creating a bunch of the new revisions for the simplenews issue on each cron runs

Content moderation is on
~1k subscriptions
Set use cron and Cron throttle = 10 on admin/config/services/simplenews/settings/mail
Create new issue node
On newsletter tab click Send now - the new revision is created
Run cron multiple times
Check revision tabs
