Add Social Post Mastodon to list of implementers

Problem/Motivation

Add https://www.drupal.org/project/social_post_mastodon → to the list of implementers on the Social Post project page.
Just the other week, I pulled Social Post Mastodon out of an incomplete sandbox from 2018, completed it and brought it up to date. Seems to be working just fine so far.
