Remove DSFR lib from distributed source

The dsfr.libraries.yml file has been modified to remove all references to /dist/dsfr. This modification follows the intention to remove the DSFR library that was integrated directly into the DSFR theme under Drupal.
In addition, the configuration settings will be reviewed to reflect these changes and ensure consistency with the new asset management system.
