Allow option to be grouped by bundle

Problem/Motivation

The filters created by this module can have entities from multiple bundles, so it would be nice to add an option allowing the administrators to decide if the values on the list will be grouped by bundle.

Proposed resolution

Provide a checkbox in the filter configuration to allow grouping by bundle.

User interface changes

New option in the filter configuration and groups in the list.
